For over 22 years, Babbles Speech Therapy has helped children reach their greatest potential. Our highly trained therapists have unparalleled experience serving families of our region. Our team truly cares about you and your child, and delivers the best therapy around so they can succeed in a variety of areas.

At Babbles, we help children become active language learners, and clear, confident communicators. Your child has unique strengths and difficulties, so our therapy sessions are tailored to your child’s individual needs and focus on a set of age-appropriate, individualized goals.

We believe in using highly-motivating and developmentally appropriate activities to engage your child and make therapy fun. This means that sessions often involve play, following the child’s lead, and using preferred activities/objects. We also believe in making therapy functional and personally relevant to you and your child to promote success outside of the session. This is done through providing parent coaching, integrating therapy into daily routines and activities of daily living, and taking advantage of home and community settings.

We combine a variety of evidence-based methods and therapy techniques to provide the delicate balance between unstructured floor play and structured activities that your child needs.

Evaluations
We'll assesse your child's talking, understanding, and play skills, and determine if your child needs speech therapy. Then we'll create a plan to support your toddler if any delays are found.

Meet the Team
Corinne Jeziorski, M.S., CCC-SLP/L
Owner | Speech-Language Pathologist
Corinne Jeziorski is an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist, who has been practicing for over 22 years. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has had the pleasure of working in multiple settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, private practice, and home health. She has performed diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to pediatric (toddler/child) apraxia, articulation/phonological disorders, language disorders, orofacial myology, dysphasia, feeding disorders, fluency, AAC, and pragmatic language disorders in the pediatric population. She has specialized training in PROMPT, TOTS (Tethered Oral Tissues), Oral Sensory Motor, Beckman Oral Motor, and Myofunctional Therapy. She believes in creating individualized treatment for all clients with the importance of incorporating a family-centered approach.

Corinne enjoys spending her time with her husband, seventeen year old son, and nineteen year old daughter when she is home from college. Corinne loves coffee, crossfit, and nature.
Laura, SLPA
Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
Ms Laura has been been a licensed SLP-A for over 25 years. She started in ABA therapy while in college and then went on to work in a variety of settings including schools, clinics, and now home health and Early Interventions. She works closely under the supervision of an SLP to administer treatment plans to help children and families thrive. Her areas of specialty include Early Intervention, Articulation/Phonology, Language Disorders, Fluency, Pragmatics, Oral Motor, and Autism.
Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters. She also enjoys traveling anywhere warm, reading, and playing with her pug.
"We have had the privilege of working with Ms. Corinne for 6 years. My son was assigned with her when he was 8 months old in early intervention and is now 6 years old and sees her regularly as a private client.The speech and feeding therapy she has provided him has been life changing. He was an infant who experienced silent aspiration, dysphagia, GERD, and failure to thrive. With her knowledge, support and guidance, he is now able to drink all liquids independently and safely by mouth. As a child who is non-verbal and has a rare genetic diagnosis, she has worked diligently with him to be able to communicate using real life pictures, PECS, voice recorded buttons, and an AAC device for vocational and school readiness. Her activities are developmentally and age appropriate, creative, engaging and individualized for the child she is working with. Over the years, her practices have evolved with my son, always keeping his abilities and interests at the forefront of what she is teaching. His success is attributed to Ms. Corinne's care and dedication and we are so thankful for her!"
